PSQ Projects Uniko Comissioned by the Kronos Quartet, Uniko:s world premier was at Helsinki Festival 2004. PSQ has succesfully performed the work with Kimmo Pohjonen Kluster several times around the world, among other places in Leigo, Tartu, Jõhvi, Pärnu, Tallinna (Estonia), Macau (China) Köln, Potsdam (Germany) Loulé (Portugal). Composed by Kimmo Pohjonen and Samuli Kosminen. Sound engineer: Heikki Iso-Ahola, light design: Mikki Kunttu. Valoa - "Light" A collection of finnish folk songs and new songs by Anna-Mari Kähärä and Sansa Ilkka, sung by Essi Wuorela (lead soprano of the Rajaton a cappella group). The premier was at Rääkkylä Kihaus Festival in summer 2007. In this project also involved Valo Virtanen as light designer and Ilkka Herkman as sound engineer. Sid Hille's compositions
PSQ & Platypus Ensemble have performed together several times works of jazzpianist and composer Sid Hille. Jukka Hauru wrote in concert critics in Helsingin Sanomat: "Sid Hille is exceptionally fine jazzcomposer... the level of performance was through the concert top-level... so beautiful and at the same time innovative jazz can be heard in Finland probably only once a year". Cd "Rite of Passage" was recorded in November 2007 and published in July 2008. It was immediately chosen "The record of the month" by critics of YLE radio 1/ Jazzradio in August 2008.
